Friends to pastors, servants to congregations

Steeplewright began when two pastors and a church treasurer kept getting the same phone call: a faithful congregation, a tired leadership team, and nobody neutral to talk to. We became that neutral friend — advisors who love the local church enough to tell it the truth.

Today we walk with congregations across Florida and beyond: small chapels, church plants, and revitalizing parishes. We review ministries end to end, train the volunteers you already have, and leave behind a written plan your team can follow without us.

  • Independent counsel — we sell no curriculum and take no commissions.
  • Pastor-first care — sabbatical planning and soul care for leaders.
  • Follow-through — quarterly reviews until the plan holds.

What we believe about the work

Three convictions shape every review, retreat, and report we deliver.

People before programs

A thriving volunteer matters more than a polished event. We build teams first and let the calendar follow.

Slow is fast

Lasting change takes seasons, not weekends. Our plans run in quarters, with reviews that keep leaders honest and hopeful.

The local church first

We exist to strengthen congregations, never to build our own platform. When your church no longer needs us, we've succeeded.

How an engagement works

Most churches begin with a ministry health review: a weekend of listening, a week of study, and a written report with no jargon. From there, many continue with quarterly counsel — a standing day with your leaders, four times a year.

Giving partners make this possible. Donation packages fund reviews for congregations that could never afford them on their own.
