Smiling woman in a red top

Friendship with a purpose

The strongest women's ministries are not event calendars — they are webs of relationship where no woman grieves, celebrates, or doubts alone. Our counsel helps you trade a tired program for living circles of care.

We map who is connected and who is invisible, train table leaders in listening prayer, and design a year with breathing room: weekly circles, seasonal gatherings, and one retreat that resets everyone.

  • Tuesdays 7:00 PM — neighborhood circles of eight to ten women.
  • Spring & fall retreats — one overnight each, planned six months out.
  • Care fund — quiet, fast help for meals, bills, and crises.

What's included in the counsel

A complete Women's Ministry engagement, from connection audit to retreat weekend.

Mentoring pairs

We match seasoned saints with younger women for six-month walks — with conversation guides, not awkward small talk.

Retreat weekends

Theme, talks, silence, and laughter: we plan the whole arc and coach your speakers so the weekend lands gently and deeply.

Service projects

Quarterly work with foster families, shelters, and school pantries — faith with its sleeves rolled up, open to the whole church.

How the counsel works

Three months from first circle to self-running ministry.

01

Connection audit

We chart who knows whom and find the isolated women your events keep missing.

02

Leader training

Table leaders learn listening prayer, confidentiality, and when to refer to pastors or counselors.

03

Circle launch

Six pilot circles meet for a month with our coaches sitting in, then debriefing.

04

Retreat handoff

We co-lead the first retreat, then hand your team the playbook for every one after.
